Looking at the source file this feature has been commented out saying its Depricated. Is a shame would love to see this reimplemented.

Unfortunately when they updated obs-websocket to v9 they deprecated some stuff and setting the record file name was one of them. If you go to the obs-websocket discord and request the feature back I would be happy to reimplement it.
