Initial release

What's Changed

Initial release of XeroToGRT - a tool to parse chronometer data created by the Garmin Xero C1 Pro chronometer. Supports .fit and ShotView .csv files as input. Currently outputs in the MagnetoSpeed CSV format.

This release contains a Windows executable file which processes a single .fit or .csv file at a time.
