Scheduler is not turning lights off #36

I set the scheduler but it does not turn the lights off at all. I've tried multiple different times for on and off.

I currently have the off time for 12:00AM and on time for 11:59PM and the lights never turn off.

This will be simplified in 0.4.1. Scheduler will just compare current time with given and do action based on that.
