Users should avoid initialization in the normal case.

Add flags to pull in Edge setup

Related to #94

- Repos which have been GitHub initialized will be setup. with a
.gitignore conflict very likely.
- No attempt to rebase will happen (a common .gitconfig flag) as that
results in a more confusing merge process.
