cass-operator has a canary upgrade feature which allows upgrading a given number of nodes first before doing a full rolling upgrade.

We'd need to support this in k8ssandra-operator as it is a very interesting feature for safer upgrades.

- [ ] the canaryUpgrade and canaryUpgradeCount fields are exposed in the K8ssandraCluster spec
