refactor of detection of brokenlinks.
local links for MD or MDX files is now completely checked in the buildphase when moving the MD docs.
so this can be removed in the detectBrokenLinks phase.
the detection of docs.kadena.io is moved to there as well. so we dont need that as a remarkPlugin.
That remark plugin is removed as well.
