Strange public key generated and it can display balance

i generated the public key 859d1ea68a630d8144aa604b4600f23a814c818decf1fb7b8390a123055b6def|0|f0937348 from the chainweaver wallet two years ago for some KDA transfer, the format seems a bit off but you can check the balance of it.

but when i recover my wallet this year the public key becomes 859d1ea68a630d8144aa604b4600f23a814c818decf1fb7b8390a123055b6def

these two public keys are identical except the first one have additional 12 digits in the end. What's the difference between these two keys and how it happened? Anyway for me to access the coins in the first public key?
