I'm seeing an issue where a failed transfer is not reverting the coins back to the original wallet, I would have expected to see the amount minus gas go back to the original wallet? Here is the TX ID for reference NaT0_zGzD64MJjBcD9lKH9wglcWrO9B3h0_FISPF1q4. Is this expected behavior?
