Release to support the jakarta.* namespaces after Java EE has been transferred from Oracle to Eclipse. This is tightly connected with Java 11 support: the first Jetty version to support the new namespace requires Java 11. NB: for Jetty and Jersey, we are using the versions for jakarta / Java11 available as of today, which are not stable releases.

Uses NxParser 3.0.0 instead of the snapshot dependency. Works still on Java 8. Built still using the javax.* J2EE namespace, which turns into jakarta.*, as Java EE is transferred from Oracle to Eclipse.
