Version 1.0.1 Release

This fixes a bug when the JMX plugin is used in conjunction with the otel sink. Otel requires a bunch of meta data to be sent with each metric and the JMX plugin was not sending this data. There are new configuration properties for the JMX plugin to accommodate this change.
