It's time to add page to teach how to run(or debug) this ruleset.

Needs to add:

How to play
- import .dll
- run launcher
- compile dll
- compile launcher
Microphone issue
- Saiten support for each platform
- Why saiten is not working and how to enable microphone.
  - Windows
  - OSX
  - Android
  - iOS
