Currently, prefixes that are defined at the beggining of the script (@prefix...) aren't visible for queries. For a prefix to be used in a query, it must be declared along with it, inside the sp:text section.

Prefixes work in ApplyConstruct module but does not work in RDF4JUpdate module.
