Most of the times, before merging a PR I need to rerun the merge gatekeeper job, because it times out at 30 minutes and our slowest tests take a bit more than that.

I also notice that. I check the CI the tests itself isn't running slower but rather the queue time is causing it timeout. We can bump timeout to an hour.
