About This Project

Cytoscape is an open source platform for network data integration, analysis, and visualization. The goal of this project is implementing a set of libraries to make Cytoscape functions accessible from Tinkerpop Blueprints interfaces and vice versa.

Implementation Plan

• Create an Ouplementation of CyNetwork
• Integrate it to Cytoscape 3 Desktop Application
• Create a new query user interface for large data sets
  • SPARQL Query Builder
