SDL Upgrade Release (SUR) v1.5.1
- Upgraded to SDL2 and removed SDL1 support.
- Ruby upgrade (2.5.x, 3.2.x), support for Ruby 1.x removed.
- Removed experimental Gosu support.
- Cleanup and removal of dead code and old graphics data.
- TL;DR: "The future is wet! Jump in with both feet!"
