Server error when filtering read-groups with genomic_file_id and study_id #538

Requesting https://kf-api-dataservice.kidsfirstdrc.org/read-groups?genomic_file_id=GF_A5KW7BRV&study_id=SD_DYPMEHHF causes a server error.

Filtering by just genomic_file_id or just study_id both work fine.
