This is a thought from @chris-s-friedman : "do we have a standardized script for comparing what's in dbgap xml to the Dataservice and releasing everything in dbgap"

My original thought was "there should be a flag to set specimens, the participant related to the specimen, and the specimen's descendants to visible if the specimen is in the dbgap file as loaded".

@Christina-J-Diaz I mentioned this in #19 but my basic thinking: this should probably be something that is standalone. perhaps as part of kf-utils....
