This repository contains the code and algorithm used in our paper "Response bias in Likert-style psychological items – an example from a large-scale travel survey in China". The algorithmic measure with correlation (algMC) is given in file "05_PenaltyPoints". The other files contain analyses that were performed before and during the development of the algorithm.
