Add example of mocking

It would really be great to see an example of the mocking functionality - potentially with the cucumber hooks as well!

what kind of mocking examples would you like to see? Something similar to what is shown in #27?

I would love to know how we could improve the examples. And i would love it even more if you could contribute those examples. 😁

I think it would actually be better to add an example in the examples directory than adding this to the readme.
