Hello, a fellow redditor suggested me this tool to backup some 4K HDR Blu-ray discs retaining HDR info.
Once I copy the whole content of a BD on my disk, how do I select it as a source for Tricycle? I see it doesn't accept folders, and if I try to choose a BDMV file as an input an alert says 'Invalid source. The selected file could not be opened.'

I guess I'm missing the basics, but any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hi, @Roccobot. Welcome to the community! As you noticed, Tricycle doesn't support discs or folders directly. I created a couple issues to add those features. I'm not sure what exactly what you mean by "BDMV file". Blu-rays have a BDMV folder that contain the video files. Are you a Mac user? I seem to remember that macOS presents this folder as a package. If that is the case, you can right-click the package and select "Show Package Contents" to gain access to the files themselves. Keep in mind that some titles span multiple files, depending on the disc. Unfortunately, Tricycle will not be able to support those. However, some of the apps that support copying the content to your disk will also allow you to consolidate titles into a single file. Hope that helps.
