Not all media are downloaded from private group

I'm in a group (no public handle) and not all media are downloaded (videos, files), despite of the config (e.g. download_media: True with no any limits). Only few avatars, videos and one rar, in total 36 files.
When exporting from the desktop Telegram app, the export feature finds all 63714 files.
GH-89 could be related, but I'm not sure.
