Instructions to copy NYC taxi dataset

The NYC taxi dataset has been pre-downloaded and organized appropriately for the lab in a storage account. The instructor will share credentials for the same. We will use Azure Data Factory (ADF) v2 to copy data into the lab storage account - staging directory.
