Moved forum.korge.org to github Discussions

The old forum in nodeBB have been dropped and now we are using github Discussions.
Unfortunately old messages have been lost. If someone misses something, I can try to recover some posts and try to replicate them here. If that's the case, feel free to reach me in discord.

• Be ontopic: here we cover the korlibs: korge, korio, korma, korim...

• At this point of the project, both for new functionality and fixing bugs, is going to expect proper testing
