Devinit's first pre-release is now available, with file templates implemented to a working state. There are still a lot of features to be implemented in the run-up to release 1.0, though I'm hoping to get it out relatively quickly.

Notable features not yet implemented are project templates, an interactive variable shell prompt, and various basic functions (such as a comment block function, to split multi-line strings onto single prefixed lines) -- not to mention, VS Code integration - which will be done in the form of an extension also contained in this repository later down the line.

Note that the CLI has not yet been tested on Windows.
