To make sure every rules are supported, and for better privacy because the main Mozilla Firefox is have a lots of unwanted things (such as Hello, Pocket, Telemetry, etc.) and able to phone home while using it.

Pale Moon for Android isn't based from Firefox version 27 or newer, the maximum version of uBO that can possibly to install is 1.11.4, consider to use two browsers above if you want to use newer version because...

Start from version 55.0 after step out of archive repo, Fennec F-Droid was re-add the telemetry and health report feature, you can noticed after installed the version above or newer that you get notifications about data reporting, also it's set to send data by default.
For Waterfox v56.1, I've recently checked from Exodus and found it use Google Firebase Analytics to collect user data, you need to avoid it if you are not tolerated to any tracking or wait until they release the F-Droid favor that they might remove this before get published on F-Droid.
Update: Waterfox v60 is now clearly removed Google Firebase
tracking code, however, I heard about users faced major bug about text selection that cannot make text selection to cut/copy/paste, so the app might still buggy.
