New feature: Note highlighting during playback works now (also on multiple files within one obsidian document). Even if its timing isn't perfect, though sync with playback is working (help would be appreciated), this means, the plugin should be ready to use in its humble state.

If you have timing issues when highlighting, fiddle with the offsets in your main.js (and leave me a note if you solve this mystery)
