"NEPHROCARE" is a web application developed under the Nephrology Department for NIZAM INSTITUTE OF MEDICAL SCIENCES , HYDERABAD. Data is very valuable these days , we cannot afford to loose data so this is an application where all the data of the patient is digitalized and is managed by the doctor’s. This application gives a clear picture of each patient , their regular reports , follow up’s etc. NephroCare helps doctors save lot of time and generate fast reports regarding patient condition. The details of a particular patient is viewed on giving their Aadhar Card number.
