When using v2 Quickstart guide for running a basic pipeline after deploying kubeflow on minikube/kind, this issue is bound to pop up -> kubeflow/pipelines#9119.

Better to mention a note of the solution mentioned in this issue or refer to this section https://www.kubeflow.org/docs/components/pipelines/v1/installation/choose-executor/#emissary-executor which is required.
