This is a Feature Request

What would you like to be added

Set a banner to announce KubeCon 2025 EU

Why is this needed

We usually turn on a banner for the upcoming KubeCon ahead of the event.

Logos are available from: https://github.com/cncf/artwork/tree/main/other/kubecon-cloudnativecon/2025-eu (Note: be sure to copy the logo into this repo)

https://events.linuxfoundation.org/kubecon-cloudnativecon-europe/ should help with text. Also see the banner config from a previous year's KubeCon.

Comments

This change will need @kubernetes/steering-committee approval.

I would like to set the banner to start on the Feb 4, 2025 and to end on the April 4, 2024 at 1800 CET (UTC+1). If 8 weeks isn't possible, maybe we could do 6 weeks? The 6 week dates are Feb 18, 2025 to April 4, 2025.
