I think we need to wait for SSP v0.22.0 before we can land both of these changes right?

What this PR does / why we need it:

The KubeVirt FG has now GA'd with v1.4.0 and is enabled by default.

The SSP FG is now deprecated, defaults to false and can also be removed with v0.22.0.
