upgrade zend optimizer to 3.3.9 #3

The Dockerfile installs zend optimizer 3.3.3, but 3.3.9 is the latest version in that series (3.3.3 is segfaulting for me, whereas 3.3.9 is fine)

Available as an image from https://github.com/princed/docker-php-5.2 if anyone still needs that ancient crap for some reason.
