General structure of the app is developed including the tab layout and menu options.

1. App is able to retrieve account data from the API and cleanly display the information.
2. The Account summary data should be displayed with more organization than a table of values.
3. Available loans on the primary on secondary market should be listed. The ability to transact on those loans is not expected at this phase in development.
