Menu information are NOT maintained when number of total menu changes #2

When the user first chooses the number of total menu and after write all the information, he finally notice that he need more entries for his menus.
However, in our page, if the user changes the number of total menu all information are deleted.
Therefore, the user has to write all the information all again.
