Kotlin Base Project with MVVM Framework

Added All the basic required libraries like

1. Retrofit
2. Image Compressor
3. Firebase (Currently Commented. Uncomment as per the latest version to be used)
4. Timber
5. Dexter For Permission
6. Glide

After Cloning Change BASE_URL and ApplicationId in gradle to continue further. Make Sure to Branch out before using this base
