I solved same problem by deleting .git folder inside subfolder. we should have only one .git in root folder. I think by deleting .git folder from subfolders of GitHub actions directory can help to access that directory. if I am right, Kunal bhaiya could you do that so everyone can access GitHub Actions folder..?
