Multi-arch support specially arm64

Is it possible to add multi-arch support specially ARM compatibility so we can benefit from AWS Graviton, and faster dev on Apple Silicon Macs

Now aws lambda and localstack supports arm64, this'd be extremely useful. It's the only thing in the way of my project running natively on both x86 and arm
