A simple OpenGL ES 2.0 project for displaying a molecular structure.
Uses the Biojava library to read in a PDB file. Displays the PDB chain A as spheres in a stereoview. View matrix changes with changing the orientation of the mobile phone.
Designed for a Google Nexus 5 phone.
