What i've done:

Added ability to specify additional vendor directories to search through for symbol search via settings in lsp
Added ability to start language server in remote mode via -listen flag (useful for debugging)
Tidied up init and main functions, especially logger initialization
Covered GetDocumentUriFromImportPath function with tests
