Para programar cuando empieza cada coccion y de ahi deberian salir alertas para los trasvases, etc.

Datos que necesito en las recetas

Fecha de inicio (y seguramente de cada etapa)
etapa: plan, definida, elaborada, fermentacion, maduracion, embotellado, tomado, finalizada.
