this filemanager from esp8266wbserver.h to espasyncwebserver.h == 100 Euro for the first to deliver working code

1 a touch or click on dropzone should open a filebrowsebox for uploading (try to drag/drop files on phone, i cannot, dontknow)
2 a new file create button
3 unzip button in the file list for gz files
4 file edit textarea => colored simple syntax higlighting, codemirror source from LittleFS local files, js compressed
