New version broke my program

Hello, it appears the new version is backwards incompatible or changes a function important in v0.2.0. The &traverse_and_update/2 stopped finding link tags in Markdown. Please take note. I had to pin my version to v0.2.0 in order for my program to work again.

Hi @spritefullake the breaking change you mentioned is documented here https://github.com/leandrocp/mdex/blob/main/CHANGELOG.md#030-2024-12-16 - that was necessary to allow the development of new features, although I agree breaking changes are annoying. Do you mind sharing your code? I can help with fixing it to work on v0.3+
