I needed to debug the dependencies for elevation_mapping_cupy for some hours when setting it up on Dodo, so I changed the docs to be up to date. Tested successfully on Dodo.
PS: I left the old description in the docs as well because I think it's relevant for the Jetson Xavier robots (like Camel).
