Adding 7 Oracle APIs to API Zoo (ShishirPatil#205)

Exhaustively added Oracle Cloud Infrastructure API, REST API for Oracle Integration 3, Oracle REST Data Services API, REST API for Documents, REST API for Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Process Automation, REST API for Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, and Oracle Primavera Cloud REST API to API Zoo. Most of these API calls do not have a base url, but they are consistent. So, we might want to edit how we mention the APIs if we care about making them readily executable.
