ChatGPT doesn't follow defined naming format

In customize ChatGPT I set my preferred naming format (firstSecondThird) for programming yet Chat keeps changing it to the standard naming convention (first_second_third) or completely changing the names I've used to something different. This is in both the free and paid versions of chat. This also happens if I tell it at the start of my message to Chat
