chatgpt 启动之后看不到 UI界面，界面无法拖动 #1370

整个界面贴在边上了,我分析可能是因为之前用了外接显示器导致的，当外接显示器拔掉之后，gpt 启动就只能在屏幕右侧边缘展示一点点，而且无法拖动 chatgpt 的窗口。
