Even Chatgpt Plus member also have limitation of chat with this windows client

First I need to emphasize that I am a chatgpt plus member ,As I compare the web chatgpt and windows client ,I find that windows client always have chat limitations ,even I only have several talks , the windows client will say you have upto the chat limitation ,please try it one hour later , while at this time ,I transfer to website chatgpt ,now I still can talk freely. So the problems is that this windows client itself have chat limitations settings ,although I don't know why this happen ,but I hope the Author can correct this issues . I attatched the photo both on windows client and website to compare .Here again thanks for the contribution of the Author.
