I compiled a QUIP version with openMPI. I am testing a Cu surface with ethanol, but the multigap potential faults during the initial training, this issue appears:
SYSTEM ABORT: select_uniform: Descriptor is too large (1 > -2147483648). Use another sparse method or descriptor.
Note: The following floating-point exceptions are signalling: IEEE_INVALID_FLAG IEEE_DIVIDE_BY_ZERO IEEE_DENORMAL
STOP 1
Also, I tested several cutoff (3, 5, 7 angs). What can I do to solve it? Should I compile again? thanks in advance for all your support.
