Libbitcoin Server 2.0.0

This is the initial release of libbitcoin server and the first major upgrade to Obelisk. Dependencies have been minimized, management simplified and blockchain query performance significantly increased. You can verify the downloads using the signed SHA256 hashes below.

The OSX binary requires a 64 bit version of OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) or later although it can be compiled for any version of OSX. The Windows version requires a 64 bit version of Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later. The Linux version supports all 64 bit versions of Linux.
