Libbitcoin Server 2.2.0

This release resolves the remaining major issues in chain synchronization, including memory over-consumption and insufficient speed. It also extends the set of configurable options. Some options have been renamed, so please review your configuration file.

These binaries require no installation, simply download and run the single file. You can verify the downloads using the signed SHA256 hashes below.

The OSX binary requires a 64 bit version of OSX 10.10 (Yosemite) or later although it can be compiled for any version of OSX. The Windows version requires a 64 bit version of Windows XP Service Pack 2 or later. The Linux version supports all 64 bit versions of Linux.
