Hi,

Just reporting than on a aarch64 build of Retroarch 1.14 and a aarch64 build of the latest commit of this core as of the date and time of this issue creation (7e02df6), Fast Forward Toggle requires the Fast Forward button to be held. Not toggled on and off as expected.
